Clinical policy

Our hospital gives priority to reservations. You can have a medical examination even if you come to the hospital without making a reservation, but reservations will be given priority.
Please arrive to the appointment on time for the smoothest treatment possible.

  • If you want to change the reservation time, please contact us by phone 1-2 days in advance.
  • Please contact us if you cannot meet the reservation time.
  • Please note that we may call you for confirmation if you do not arrive on time or the reservation.

About the first visit

When you visit the hospital for the first time, we will have to do a thorough examination which will take about 1 hour.
There will be explanations about filling out the questionnaire and examinations, so please come to the hospital 10 minutes before the appointment time.

What to bring when you come to the hospital

  • Letter of introduction

When arriving to prevent new coronavirus infection

In order to prevent infection of the new coronavirus within the hospital, we ask the patients who come to our hospital to do the following.

Please check if you meet any of the following requirements before coming to the hospital

  • Coming in contact of someone with the virus or potential of having the virus
  • Those who have a fever of 37.5 ℃ or higher
  • Those who have traveled abroad within one month
  • Persons with fever or respiratory disorders
  • Those who feel fatigue/tired

If you already have made an appointment but meet on the requirements above please contact the hospital before arriving.
Depending on your symptoms, you may be asked to consult with your nearest medical institution or health center for instructions before visiting the hospital.

At the time of your visit, we will carry out a body temperature test and disinfect your fingers, so please cooperate.

Flow of first visit

    Fill out the questionnaire

    When you come to the hospital, you will be asked to for your health insurance card at the reception and fill out the questionnaire.
    To clearly understand your symptoms please write with details.

    Interview

    We will ask you a few simple questions. Please feel free to tell us anything such as when you started to feel pain, how much does it hurt, or if you are going under any kind of treatment and if you are on any types of medication.

    Oral examination / X-ray

    To check the condition of the tooth and bone we will take an X-ray of your teeth

  4. 4

    Counseling

    Based on the test results, we will explain the treatment plan in an easy-to-understand manner.
    At that time, please feel free to tell us if you have any requests.

    Start treatment

    We will start treatment according to the patient's request based on what we heard in the interview and counseling.
    If necessary, a hygienist will also provide tartar removal and brushing instructions.

    Maintenance, regular checkup

    We recommend that you regularly have your teeth cleaned and examined after treatment. To maintain long and strong teeth.

    * Second and subsequent visits
    Please come to the hospital on the date and time you made the reservation and present your medical examination ticket.
    You will need your health insurance card at the beginning of the month, so please bring it with you.

Cancel policy

If you cancelled without contacting us three times you will not be able to make an appointment. Therefore you will have to come to the hospital without an appointment which means you must wait until there is an opening. If you have canceled without contacting us you might be asked if you still are willing to commute to our hospital.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but at our clinic, we strive to ensure the most suitable treatment time for all treatments and to provide a high-level treatment (technical study, hygiene management, equipment preparation, etc.).

If you are late for the appointment time, the schedule for the day will be out of order, which often causes inconvenience to patients who come to the hospital later. Please cooperate in order to protect the precious time of other patients and not to deteriorate the quality of treatment.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have a sudden toothache, so I would like to come to the hospital. Is it okay to come without notice?
Although it is possible to provide treatment even if you come to the hospital without notice, waiting time may occur because the reserved patients are prioritized.
It is recommended that you make a reservation in advance so that you can receive treatment smoothly.
Is it possible to pay in installments for treatments?
Since our hospital accepts credit card payment, if you wish to pay in installments it is possible.
I am currently attending another dentist, can I talk about treatment?
It will be possible.
We will inspect the condition of your mouth. Then will consult with you while you have a medical examination. Please feel free to contact us as you do not have to receive treatment just because you have been examined at our hospital.
Are there any treatments that cannot be handled?
If we think you need receive a difficult surgical treatment and orthodontic treatment we will introduce you to one.
